Colombo 44 powered by twin 450 HP Cummins six-cylinder in-line turbo diesel engines with only 450 hours. Sold new on Lake Como, used for two months a year in Sardinia, then always stored in a shed. Single owner until 2021. Master cabin forward with double bed and second cabin with bunk beds and separate bathroom. Complete refit performed on Lake Como by Paolo Meroni's Yacht Service in spring 2022/winter 2023. October 2024: hull and trim tabs antifouled, and shafts and propellers were treated with prop speed treatment. Complete engine and generator service performed (fuel filters, prefilters, impellers, inverter oil, inverter filters, inverter oil, engine oil, turbine gasket, seawater pump overhaul). 2023: new hydraulic pump on the gangway and new control unit.
