Colombo 44 powered by twin 450 HP Cummins 6-cylinder in-line turbo diesel engines with only 450 hours. Sold new on Lake Como, used for two months a year in Sardinia, then always shed. Single owner until 2021. Master cabin forward with double bed and second cabin with bunk beds and separate bathroom. Complete refit performed on Lake Como by Paolo Meroni's Yacht Service between 2022 and 2023. 2023: New hydraulic pump on the gangway and new control unit. October 2024: Antifouling applied to the hull and trim tabs and prop speed treatment on the shafts and propellers. Complete engine and generator service performed (diesel filters, prefilters, impellers, inverter oil, inverter filters, inverter oil, engine oil, turbine gasket, seawater pump overhaul). March/April 2026: New starboard aftercooler, new holding tank, new exterior cabinet, air conditioning overhaul, new generator battery. June 2026: Cockpit cabinet repainted, antifouling and zinc coating, injectors and fuel pumps overhauled. Possibility of trade-in for a small vessel (such as a speedboat), even of a higher value.
